Mary Kelly Cunningham is a Senior Legal Recruiter at The RMN Agency, a premier legal search firm based in Atlanta that specializes in the placement of attorneys.

Mary Kelly earned her BA in English, with a Minor in Business Administration from Vanderbilt University and her MBA, with a Concentration in Human Resources from Georgia State University. After graduate school Mary Kelly served as an HR Manager for a retail furniture chain based in Atlanta, for whom she recruited store managers and corporate office personnel, administered benefits and worker’s compensation programs, and handled employee relations.

After the birth of her daughters, Mary Kelly transitioned into multiple volunteer roles with non-profit organizations, religious entities and local areas schools such as the Junior League of Atlanta, The Cathedral of St. Philip, Sarah Smith Elementary and Pace Academy, where she recently concluded a three-year term as Co-President of the Pace Arts Alliance. Recruiting and training volunteers became a common thread throughout most of these engagements. Since joining The RMN Agency in 2021, Mary Kelly is now an experienced leader and career guide for candidates, and effectively works with clients to achieve successful lateral searches.
