Our client, a national law firm is looking for a Georgia-based Worker’s Compensation Associate for their Atlanta office. You should have 2-4 years of workers’ compensation litigation on the defense side. You should be able to work independently on cases and you must have experience working a case from start to finish, including attending depositions, motion hearings, etc. You must have a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and be a member of the Georgia Bar in good standing.
