Our client, the Atlanta office of an Am Law 100 law firm, is looking for a USPTO-registered attorney with at least 4 years patent prosecution experience and a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field for their Electronics & Software patent prosecution team.  The ideal candidate will have education and experience drafting and prosecuting software applications in technologies including cloud infrastructure, artificial intelligence/machine learning, networking, and enterprise software systems; candidates also must be detail-oriented and have strong technical writing skills.  Additionally, candidates must have a law degree from an ABA-accredited law school and must be a member of the Georgia Bar in good standing.
