Our client, the Atlanta office of an Am Law 100 law firm, is seeking a Staff Attorney to join their Health Sciences Intellectual Property Practice Group, which works with clients in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, bioengineering and life sciences fields. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 4 years of experience with patent preparation and prosecution counseling.  Candidates also should be strong writers, detail-oriented and team players. A doctoral degree in a biological discipline (i.e., biochemistry, cell or molecular biology, genetics, immunology, large molecules or pharmacology) is preferred.
