Our client, a national law firm, is looking for an Attorney with 10 to 12 years of experience working in general commercial litigation, with a strong emphasis on class actions, insurance coverage analysis and litigation. Candidates must have prior law firm experience in drafting insurance coverage opinions and litigating insurance coverage and bad faith suits, COVID-19 property claims, market cases, or class action litigation.  Candidates also must have a law degree from an ABA-accredited law school and must be a member of the Georgia Bar in good standing.
