Our client, a top regional firm, is seeking a Securities Associate to join their Atlanta office. In addition to excellent academic credentials and analytical and communications skills, the ideal candidate will possess:

• Three (3) – five (5) years of experience working at a large law firm in public company securities transactions and reporting requirements, with experience in M & A
• Familiarity with the ’33 and ’34 Acts and a strong level of comfort reviewing and preparing SEC filings, as well as advising clients on reporting and compliance obligations under those laws and the SEC’s rules
• Strong writing, analytical, and communications skills
• Excellent academic credentials and a law degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
