Our client, a global law firm, seeks a real estate associate with 3+ years’ substantive experience in real estate securities work and experience working on private offerings including funds, REITs, opportunity zones and Delaware statutory trusts. Interested candidates also should have strong analytical and writing skills, attention to detail, good business judgment, excellent organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively and independently, in addition to a strong academic record.
