Our client, an international law firm, is seeking an associate to join their firm's Privacy & Cybersecurity Practice Group's Incidents + Investigations team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of significant incident response experience, including:

• Navigating all aspects of the incident response process, including leading scoping calls, working with forensics, leading data mining efforts, and directing other experts, as needed
• Collaborating and working with insurance carriers and insureds in the incident response context
• Communicating with third parties during the incident response, including law enforcement, regulatory bodies, and other third parties as needed

Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school; strong analytical skills; excellent communication skills; comfort with managing their own caseload and client relationships; the ability to deliver smaller projects with limited supervision and assist and confidently manage workflow for larger projects; and membership in the Georgia Bar in good standing. CIPP or specialized industry experience in the healthcare or financial services space is a plus.
