Our client, a global law firm, is seeking an Attorney (non-partnership track position) with 2-4 years of experience in patent prosecution for their Intellectual Property Group.  Primary duties will include patent prosecution; client counseling; due diligence; and drafting patent applications and freedom to operate opinions.

The firm is looking for candidates with a degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, or computer science with immediately transferable skills and prior industry and/or large-midsize law firm experience.  Applicants must have a strong academic record and a law degree from an ABA-accredited law school, and must be members of the USPTO and Georgia Bar in good standing.
