The Atlanta office of an international law firm is seeking a junior-level patent litigation associate to join its IP and Technology Practice Group.  Candidates must possess 1-3 years of law firm or in-house experience handling patent litigation matters; those with an electrical or computer engineering, computer science or comparable background with prior industry experience are preferred.

Other characteristics sought in candidates include excellent communication skills and a high level of motivation, as well as the ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team.  The firm prefers candidates with big law firm experience, immediately transferable skills, and strong academic background from nationally recognized law schools.
