Our client, the Atlanta office of a premiere intellectual property boutique firm, is looking for a patent litigation associate with 3-4 years of experience.  Candidates should have the following qualifications:

• A strong technical or scientific background. For life sciences, preference for candidates with advanced degrees. For technical backgrounds, preference for candidates with degrees in electrical engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering or a closely related field.
• Superior writing and communication skills, as well as analytical abilities
• Enthusiasm for a team-oriented environment and desire to contribute to the same
• Excellent academic credentials and a law degree from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active membership in the Georgia Bar
