Our client, the Atlanta office of a prominent national IP boutique firm, is seeking a Patent Litigation Associate with 3-5 years of experience to join their litigation practice group.  The practice group represents clients in trials and appeals involving sophisticated patent, trademark, copyright, unfair competition, and complex commercial litigation matters. In addition to practice before federal and state courts, the firm has an extensive practice before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. 

The ideal candidate will have a degree or experience in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field; strong academic credentials; excellent writing, research and analytical skills; and a law degree from an ABA-accredited law school.  Candidates also must be members of the Georgia Bar in good standing.
