Our client, the Atlanta office of top national firm, is seeking a Patent Associate or Patent Agent with at least 2 years of patent prosecution experience in the electrical or software technologies area.  Candidates will work primarily on patent prosecution, with the opportunity to work on patent litigation matters. The ideal candidate will have:

• A technical background in electrical engineering or computer engineering/science; knowledge and/or experience with bioinformatics is a plus.
• Superb writing, oral communication, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent academic credentials and a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
• An active Georgia Bar license in good standing; being barred with the USPTO is preferred
