Our client, a National law firm, is looking for an associate with 3+ years of litigation experience to work with its growing team focused on restrictive covenant and trade secret matters. The ideal candidate will have a litigation background that includes exposure to computer forensics and e-discovery issues, as well as experience with seeking injunctive relief.  Experience with restrictive covenants, trade secrets, or employment law is a plus, but not essential.  Candidates must excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
