Our client, the Atlanta office of an international law firm, is seeking highly motivated, well-qualified mid-level associates (five to seven years of experience) to join its nationally recognized M&A and Corporate Finance practice focusing on M&A transactions. 

 The ideal candidate will have:

• Sophisticated law firm experience on complex corporate or M&A matters;
• Experience managing complex M&A projects and timelines, interacting with subject matter experts and junior resources, preparing equity and asset purchase agreements and ancillary documentation, and conducting and summarizing legal due diligence in M&A transactions with an emphasis on private equity transactions and private target M&A;
• Significant attention to detail and ability to interact successfully with clients, investment bankers, commercial lenders, and other advisors;
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, superior analytical skills and the ability to manage client engagements;
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple priorities and assume a high degree of responsibility.
