Our client, an AmLaw 100 law firm, is seeking an associate with four (4) to five (5) years of experience in investment management and fund formation for its Investment Management, Trading & Markets Team. The ideal candidate will have large law firm experience; excellent academic credentials and a law degree from an ABA-accredited law school; and solid interpersonal skills. Candidates must be a member of the Georgia Bar in good standing.
