Our client, the Atlanta office of a national law firm, is seeking a litigation associate with two or more years of meaningful experience in a mid-size to large law firm setting.  The ideal candidate will have experience drafting and arguing discovery motions and taking and defending depositions; possess exceptional oral and written advocacy skills, strong case management skills, and the ability to take the lead on a case.  Experience in personal injury, products liability, and/or insurance defense litigation is a plus.
