    Our client, an AmLaw Top 50 law firm, has an immediate opening for a junior transactional associate with at least 1-3 years of relevant experience. M&A experience is required. The ideal candidate will have excellent credentials; strong interpersonal skills; relevant experience; a JD from an ABA-accredited law school; and a license to practice in Georgia.
