Our client, the Atlanta office of an Am Law 200 law firm, is seeking a junior associate with 1-3 years of real estate experience to focus exclusively on retail real estate. Primary job duties will include leasing (representing both landlords and tenants), purchase and sale agreements, reciprocal easement agreements and other aspects of commercial transactions involving retail businesses and real estate. Prior leasing and purchase and sale experience is required. Candidates must have strong interpersonal skills, be a self-starter, and have the ability to work well within a team.  Candidates also must have a JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
