Our client, the Atlanta office of a top ranked firm, has an immediate need for a Junior Capital Finance Associate with at least 1 full year of finance experience.  Candidates should have experience in a variety of finance transactions, with an emphasis on Article 9 of the UCC, syndicated lending transactions and middle market lending transactions.  Experience representing both lenders and borrowers in workouts is also useful.  The ideal candidate will have a strong academic record as well as exceptional analytical, organizational, and writing skills.  Candidates also must have a law degree from an ABA-accredited law school and must be a member of the Georgia Bar in good standing.
