Our client, an AmLaw 100 law firm, is looking for a Staff Attorney with 3 – 7 years (or more) of trademark and copyright litigation experience for their IP practice group.  Qualified candidates will have the following credentials:

• Hands-on experience in trademark and copyright litigation with a focus on helping clients monetize, protect, and maximize their brand recognition in the marketplace.
• Experience working with clients through the process of brand protection; including registration, drafting licensing agreements and enforcement; and continuing through the litigation lifecycle
• Stellar written & verbal communication skills
• Excellent academic credentials and a law degree from an ABA-accredited law school
