Our client, an international law firm,  is seeking a mid-level associate to work in its Intellectual Property Technology Transactions and Strategic Sourcing Practice Group. The practice focuses on complex transactions and multi-party, high-value project work which frequently spans multiple jurisdictions.

The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of demonstrated experience with strategic sourcing (i.e., ERP implementations, inbound software licensing, SaaS, technology and procurement transactions) and outsourcing transactions (i.e., ITO, BPO, and facilities management), preferably representing customers.  Specifically, the firm is looking for candidates that have focused experience in strategic sourcing and outsourcing transactions.  Candidates should have strong academic credentials and a law degree from a nationally recognized ABA-accredited law school and must be a member of the Georgia Bar in good standing.
