Our client, an AmLaw 200 law firm, is seeking an associate with two to four years of regulatory experience, with an emphasis on data privacy and security, financial services, payment processors, fintech, and money transmission to join their Data Privacy and Payment Systems practices. The ideal candidate has experience in a transactional law firm practice, with particular experience in drafting commercial contracts, as well as an excellent academic record and analytical skills.
