Description
Our client, an AmLaw 100 firm, seeks an Associate to join its Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences Patent Litigation Group in Atlanta. This Group provides pharmaceutical and life sciences clients with strategic counseling directed towards long-term legal, regulatory and business strategies for developing and launching ANDA approved generic pharmaceutical products. You should have 4 to 8 years of prior patent litigation experience to include prior Hatch-Waxman litigation experience.
- Preferred background will include an undergraduate degree in chemistry, biology, molecular biology, chemical engineering, pharmacy or biochemistry.
- Strong writing, analytical, legal research skills and excellent academic credentials required.
