Our client, a prominent, regional law firm, is seeking an associate with one to five years of experience in cybersecurity and privacy. You should have experience with investigating and responding to data breaches and similar incidents, counseling clients on regulatory compliance matters related to cybersecurity and privacy, and representing clients in litigation and regulatory proceedings related to cybersecurity and privacy.  You must have a demonstrated commitment to privacy and cybersecurity issues through work experience, writing, speaking, acquisition of privacy/security credentials, or certificates or degrees in cybersecurity engineering, digital forensics, or related areas of study.  Excellent academic credentials and writing skills are required.  Law Review or Clerkship experience is a plus.  The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team, while being able to work individually, on client matters in an environment where drive and client service are top priorities
