Our client, an AmLaw 100 national law firm, has an immediate need for a highly-qualified and motivated senior level associate in their Corporate - Private Equity / M&A practice.  In this role, the associate will focus on drafting and negotiating transactional documents and be given the opportunity to work directly with clients.  

Candidates must possess 6+ years of solid business and transactional experience in a law firm, including M&A for private equity sponsors or otherwise, as well as superb writing and communication skills.  Candidates also should have strong academic credentials and a law degree from an ABA-accredited law school and must be a member of the Georgia Bar in good standing.
