Our client, a top regional firm, is seeking a lateral corporate partner with 10-15 years of meaningful corporate/transactional experience. Qualified candidates will be very knowledgeable in mergers & acquisitions, private equity, and general corporate governance. Additionally, candidates should have strong writing, analytical, and communication skills; solid business development foundations and some portable business; an excellent academic record and law degree from an ABA-accredited law school; and a Georgia bar license in good standing.
