Our client, the Atlanta office of a well-renowned national firm, is looking for an associate with 3 to 5 years of experience for its Corporate Finance and Lending team within their Corporate Practice Group.  The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

• Familiarity with negotiating, structuring and documenting debt finance transactions
• Experience representing private equity sponsors or their portfolio companies, or lenders providing financing to such entities, in leveraged buyouts and other acquisition financing transactions is preferred
• Excellent writing and analytical skills
• An outstanding academic record with a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
• Membership in the Georgia Bar in good standing
