Our client, a global law firm, has an opening for a mid-level (3-5 years) private equity/investment management associate to join its corporate practice.  Candidates should have extensive experience with the formation and representation of private investment funds and their advisers, including both domestic and international private equity, real estate, venture capital and hedge funds. Candidates also should be familiar with the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and related regulations.
