Our client, the Atlanta office of a national firm, has an immediate need for a Junior Capital Finance Associate with at least 1 full year of finance experience.  Candidates should have experience in a variety of finance transactions, with an emphasis on Article 9 of the UCC, syndicated lending transactions and middle market lending transactions.  Experience representing both lenders and borrowers in workouts is also helpful. 

In addition to the aforementioned experience, the ideal candidate will have strong academic credentials; excellent writing, research and analytical skills; and a law degree from an ABA-accredited law school.  Candidates also must be members of the Georgia Bar in good standing.
