Our client, the Atlanta office of a national law firm, is seeking an Associate to join its Commercial & Public Finance practice. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of general commercial finance transactional experience, including involvement in complex domestic and international transactional finance matters; excellent drafting, client relations, and negotiation skills; and outstanding academic credentials and a law degree from an ABA-accredited law school.  Candidates also must be members of the Georgia Bar in good standing.
