Our client, an Am Law 100 law firm, is seeking an associate with at least 2 years of relevant transactional experience, preferably in a mid to large law firm. Successful candidates will have experience in M&A transactions and the ability to support others on a wide variety of deals—particularly M&A and private equity deals; the ability to draft M&A transaction documents; experience with corporate due diligence projects; the ability to manage complex transactions to closing; familiarity with corporate governance principles; and familiarity with federal securities laws. All applicants should have excellent academic credentials.
