    Description

    Our client, the Atlanta office of an Am Law 100 law firm, has an immediate opening for a Financial Services & Products associate with 3-5 years’ experience in mergers & acquisitions. This position would cover transactional matters for payments and banking industry clients. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and strong interpersonal skills; a law degree from an ABA-accredited law school; and be a member of the Georgia Bar in good standing.
