Our client, the Atlanta office of an Am Law 100 firm, is seeking an associate attorney with at least 2 years of relevant commercial litigation experience. Qualified candidates must have strong research and writing skills, experience in taking and defending depositions, excellent oral and written communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and excellent law school credentials (law review preferred). Strong interpersonal skills are highly valued. Preferred qualifications include experience handling federal and state civil discovery and motion practice and experience with privacy and class action matters. Former judicial clerks also are preferred.
