Description
Our client, a national law firm, seeks a Senior Associate or Senior Counsel with 7+ years of commercial real estate experience. The ideal candidate will have a great depth of experience with commercial real estate leasing, closings of acquisitions and dispositions, and development. Successful candidates must have:
- Strong drafting skills
- Knowledge of commercial leasing concepts and experience in matters such as title and survey review
- A J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- An active Georgia Bar license
