Our client, a top Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a mid-level associate [two (2) to six (6) years] to join its Commercial Real Estate Finance practice. The position offers the chance for significant responsibility and participation in all phases of real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications: 

• Experience representing lenders on commercial real estate projects, including office, retail, hotel, multi-family and residential;
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, superior analytical skills, and the ability to manage client engagements;
• A J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and membership in the Georgia Bar.
