Our client, the Atlanta office of a top Am Law 200 law firm, is seeking an outstanding litigation associate. This is a new position and an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team practicing sophisticated litigation work.  Candidates should have between 2 to 4 years of litigation experience including research and drafting of motions, deposition outlines and exhibit preparation, motions practice, discovery coordination and proficiency in electronic discovery.

The ideal candidate will have multi-state, complex litigation practice credentials with interest and experience in white collar criminal defense and investigation work, with a willingness to learn about other facets of litigation. A successful candidate will participate in litigation case management and strategy development, manage discovery, participate in witness interviews and witness preparation, take and defend depositions, argue motions, manage large complex discovery, and meaningfully support in business development efforts.

Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school, as well as strong written and oral communication skills; in addition, candidates must be licensed or eligible to be immediately licensed in Georgia.  Judicial law clerk experience is preferred.
