Our client, a top regional firm, is seeking a Business Litigation Associate to join its litigation group in the Atlanta office. In addition to excellent academic credentials and analytical and communications skills, the ideal candidate will possesses:

• At least 1.5 years of complex business litigation With at least 18 months of business litigation experience
• Experience with conducting and supervising electronic discovery, and with drafting substantial dispositive, discovery, and/or expert motions
• The ability to argue motions and take and defend depositions.
