Our client, a national law firm, seeks an Of Counsel or Associate for the IP practice of their Atlanta office. You should have 3 or more years of experience in trademark and copyright counseling, prosecution, and litigation (including litigation before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board), domain name disputes (both in court and ICANN proceedings), licensing, global brand enforcement, and false advertising.  Ideal candidates will have top academic credentials and superb oral and written communication skills.
