Our client, a global law firm, has an immediate need for an Associate with 3-6 years of insurance coverage and commercial litigation experience.  The ideal candidate has a firm understanding of insurance coverage issues under professional liability, general liability, and directors and officers insurance policies, as well as extensive civil litigation experience in the following areas: drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, all facets of discovery and discovery motion practice, depositions and court appearances (commensurate with experience level). 

Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, superior research and writing ability, maturity and excellent communication skills.  Additionally, candidates must have a law degree from an ABA accredited law school and must be members of the Georgia Bar in good standing.
