Our client, the Atlanta office of a global law firm, is seeking a mid-level finance associate with 3-6 years of experience to work in its Projects & Energy group.  The firm seeks candidates with experience handling transactions in the areas of the development, finance, sale and acquisition of energy projects and companies.  In addition to the requisite transactional experience, candidates must have a strong academic background and J.D. from a nationally recognized, ABA-accredited law school, and must be admitted to practice in Georgia.
