Our client, the Atlanta office of an Am Law 200 law firm, seeks an associate to join their Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation group. The group counsels clients on a broad range of employee benefits and executive compensation issues, including design, implementation and maintenance of tax qualified retirement plans, health and welfare benefit programs, non-qualified deferred compensation plans, incentive plans and severance pay plans, ERISA fiduciary matters and benefits aspects of M&A transactions. 

The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in employee benefits, including demonstrated ability in the analysis of ERISA issues and qualified/nonqualified plan drafting; a J.D. from an ABA-accredited school; a strong work ethic; the ability to foster client relationships; and licensure with the Georgia Bar.
