Our client, the Atlanta office of a top Am Law 100 firm, is seeking an associate to join their Privacy and Cybersecurity practice group. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of significant litigation and case management experience, including:

• Managing day-to-day case activities
• Leading fact investigations
• Researching legal issues and developing litigation strategies
• Drafting pleadings, including answers, motions to dismiss and motions for summary judgment
• Conducting and defending depositions
• Negotiating with opposing counsel
• Working on a team and managing junior attorneys

In addition, candidates must have excellent academic credentials and a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school; strong analytical skills;  excellent communication skills and the ability to comfortably manage client relationships; and membership in the Georgia Bar in good standing.  Fair Credit Reporting Act experience or experience litigating other privacy-related statutes is a plus.
