Our client, the Atlanta office of a top national firm, seeks a litigation associate with 3-5 years of general complex commercial litigation experience. The ideal candidate will have:

• Prior experience in complex commercial, construction, franchise, and securities litigation
• Trial experience in federal and state courts, as well as arbitration experience
• Possess superior writing and analytical skills
• Experience using eDiscovery review programs
• Excellent academic credentials and a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
• Must be admitted (or pending admission) to practice in Georgia
