    Description

    Our client, the Atlanta office of a national firm, is seeking an Associate to join its Commercial & Public Finance practice. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

    • Three (3) to five (5) years of general commercial finance transactional experience, with at least two (2) years of focus in borrower representation
    • Excellent drafting, client relations and negotiation skills
    • Outstanding academic credentials and a law degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

    Candidates also must be members of the Georgia Bar in good standing.  To apply, please submit a resume and law school transcript.
