Our client, a national law firm, has an immediate need for a Staff Attorney with 3 to 5 years of insurance coverage and commercial litigation experience for their Atlanta office. You should have a firm understanding of insurance coverage issues under professional liability, general liability, and directors and officers insurance policies, as well as extensive civil litigation experience in the following areas: drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, all facets of discovery and discovery motion practice, depositions and court appearances (commensurate with experience level). This practice groups focuses on complex claims and high-exposure coverage matters and coverage litigation.

You must have a law degree from an ABA-accredited law school and be a member of the Georgia Bar in good standing. To apply, please submit a resume and law school transcript.
