Our client, the Atlanta office of a Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a midlevel associate to join its Private Equity Group.  The ideal candidate will have:

• Three (3) or four (4) years of experience handling M&A transactions and working day-to-day with private companies
• Excellent communication skills, a high-level of self motivation, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team.
• Big law firm experience, immediately transferable skills, and strong academic background from nationally recognized law schools is preferred.
