Our client, a global law firm is seeking an Associate with at least 3 years to join its Private Equity Finance Practice.  The ideal candidate for this position will have experience with sponsored leveraged acquisition finance transactions involving credit facilities such as senior secured term loans, cash flow and ABL revolving credit facilities, first/second lien and subordinated mezzanine credit facilities, as well as all related commitment letters, engagement letters, term sheets, fee letters, and collateral documentation for such facilities.  Primary experience with private equity lender-side representation in these matters is desirable; borrower-side representation is a plus.

The firm also seeks highly motivated candidates who possess the following:

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team
• Relevant law firm experience and immediately transferrable skills
• A strong academic background and law degree from nationally recognized, ABA-accredited law schools
• Membership in the Georgia Bar in good standing.
