Our client, a global law firm, seeks an associate with at least 3 years of experience for their Environmental and Natural Resources practice group.  Responsibilities in this role include reviewing permits, developing permitting strategies, and providing compliance advice.

Candidates must have knowledge of all aspects of environmental law including regulatory compliance, particularly under the Clean Water Act.  Experience with enforcement defense is a plus. In addition to the required knowledge and experience, the ideal candidate will have superior academic credentials and a law degree from an ABA-accredited law school and will be a member of the Georgia Bar in good standing.
