Our client, the Atlanta office of an Am Law 100 firm,  is looking for a mid-level corporate associate to join its dynamic M&A and private equity practice. Ideal candidates will have:

• Three (3) to six (6) years of experience in corporate transactions with an emphasis on public or private company M&A and related corporate matters, including private equity, public and private financings, corporate governance and related business matters. (Large regional, national or international law firm experience is preferred.)
• Solid working knowledge of acquisition agreements and the other documentation used in M&A and private equity transactions and proficiency in drafting the same. 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, a high degree of maturity and business sense, and the ability to effectively manage internal and external client relationships.  
• Excellent academic credentials and a law degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
